On Wednesday at IPPE 2020, Wayne Farms introduced its updated website, waynefarms.com.
"A digital presence is important, and as Wayne Farms takes a retail turn, we wanted a tool that customers could use to do business with us," says Frank Singleton, media relations for Wayne Farms.
Updating its website took just over a year, says Jana Brackett with Wayne Farms marketing.
"We're making a concerted effort to update content in a consistent, constant basis," she says. "We've built an editorial calendar to continually build fresh content, so check back regularly."
Singleton said the brand-forward website is a resource to engage customers, find products, approach potential employees and tell the story of Wayne Farms in a dynamic way.
"It's an investment, and it will continue to be an investment," says Singleton. "Today, people are used to digital as the first touchpoint, and we think our new website is a great example of how to do that right."
