On August 23, emergency crews were dispatched to the Frenchman Valley Coop in Chappell, NE, due to an accident, reports Nebraska TV.

Upon arrival, 13-year-old Casey Fox was located unconscious and unresponsive.

Investigators with the sheriff’s office determined that Casey Fox died due to injuries he sustained after he climbed a grain bin and fell off of it.
