Still pursuing to advance his knowledge and experience, Halbleib is currently enrolled in K-State working on his MBA and Masters of Agribusiness.

His desire to be a part of the team came from his hands on experience with Extron during his past employment allowing Halbleib to join the team already having a depth of knowledge and experience with Extron’s products.

"Extron seemed to always be on the cutting edge of things going on in the grain industry and I loved using their products," he explains. "The attention to detail and rigorous customer service were my main reasons for wanting to come to Extron."

Eager to provide his extensive experience, product knowledge and customer service skills to his customers, Halbleib says.

“Having worked in grain operations management at many facilities, from a small truck house to a large shuttle loader, I understand the uphill battle they face every day and I am looking forward to being a trusted advisor in not only Extron products but all facets of grain operations," he says. "I have a willingness to go the extra mile for my customers. If something isn’t right, I will do anything I can to remediate the situation, no matter what time or day."

In his free time, Halbleib enjoys hunting and fishing, is a forever fan of Kansas State University sporting events, is mastering the BBQ smoker for his family to enjoy, and always rooting the Chiefs on as a loyal fan.
