Canadian Cattlemen reported on Cargill's plans to invest up to $15 million in its Oakner, Manitoba grain elevator. The investment will add 9,000 tonnes of storage and upgrade the receiving, shipping and railcar system. The upgrades are expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
