Rock River Laboratory hires sales representative

Joe Thelen joins agronomy team with 30 years of agricultural sales experience.

Joe Thelen PhotoRock River Laboratory announced the hiring of Joe Thelen as regional sales representative for agronomy. In this role, Thelen will engage customers and identify solutions to help them make informed business decisions.

Thelen’s experience in agriculture goes back to his roots on a diversified farm in Nebraska where his family managed multiple crops, dairy, beef and farrow-to-finish swine operations. After earning a bachelor of science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Thelen spent more than 30 years working in agriculture sales roles.

His previous positions include work with Waypoint Analytical, Ever.Ag, Proagrica, now part of TELUS, and most recently Midwest Laboratories.
