Michaela Braun has transitioned to a new role as Swine Sales Manager at NOVUS, effective March 1. Since joining the company in 2023 as Senior Liquid Systems & Sales Specialist, Braun has provided technical support for liquid methionine and feed milling to dairy and monogastric teams across the U.S. and Canada.
In her new position, Braun will focus on serving swine customers in the Midwest, offering support for sow, nursery, and grow-finish farms. She says her background working with toll mills and feed manufacturing gives her a unique perspective to assist swine producers and nutritionists.
“I’ve really enjoyed working with the Swine Team since I came to NOVUS three years ago. When the opportunity to join the group presented itself, I knew I had to do it,” Braun said.
NOVUS Swine Regional Sales Manager Eric Sanny welcomed Braun’s move, noting her extensive expertise and desire for new challenges.
Before NOVUS, Braun worked as a feed manufacturing consultant and managed the Feed Technology Center at the University of Illinois. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Feed Science and Management from Kansas State University.
