GROWMARK's board of directors approved a new associate membership agreement with Luckey Farmers Inc., making the cooperative the newest associate member of GROWMARK.

Luckey Farmers is a grain marketing and farm supply cooperative established in 1919 and located in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan, with facilities in Huron, Lucas, Monroe, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca and Wood counties.

As an associate member, GROWMARK will be Luckey Farmers' primary supplier, providing farmers served by the cooperative access to FS proprietary brands such as FS InVISION, FS HiSOY, Dieselex Gold and FS Lubricants. GROWMARK is the fourth-largest agricultural cooperative in the United States, with a membership network that extends into Ontario, Canada.

"We're excited to welcome Luckey Farmers Inc. into the GROWMARK System as an associate member," said Mark Weilbacher, GROWMARK executive vice president of member resources. "This aligns with GROWMARK's commitment to expanding and strengthening the FS presence in the Eastern U.S."

Dustin Brown, president and CEO of Luckey Farmers, said the cooperative is pleased to join GROWMARK as an associate member.

"Our relationship with GROWMARK goes back a long way, and becoming an associate member is a natural next step," Brown said. "Most importantly, it strengthens the resources we provide to our farmers by aligning our expertise with their individual goals to ensure the continued success of their operations."

GROWMARK is an agricultural cooperative serving almost 400,000 customers across North America. Headquartered in Bloomington, Illinois, GROWMARK owns the FS trademark, which is used by member cooperatives.

Luckey Farmers has over 1,000 members and consists of 13 grain facilities, eight agronomy centers and four fuel stations.
