Magnetic Products, Inc. (MPI) has announced the retirement of President Michael C. Hadjinian, effective May 29, 2025, after seven years with the industrial magnetic and metal control solutions provider.
Hadjinian, who joined the company in 2018, will continue serving as MPI's Advisory Board Chair alongside Founder and CEO Keith Rhodes. During his tenure, Hadjinian helped expand product offerings, secure multiple patents and launch innovations including the Intell-I-Mag platform, the first sensor-based, software-integrated magnetic separator.
"Leading MPI has been one of the most significant privileges of my career," Hadjinian said. "I take pride in the culture we have created."
Kyle Rhodes, who has been with MPI since 2009, will assume the president role. In his 16 years with the company, Rhodes has worked in manufacturing, purchasing, sales, marketing and finance while also representing MPI on industry boards.
"I am both honored and excited to lead MPI into its next chapter," Rhodes said. "MPI has been part of my story for over a decade, and I believe deeply in our mission and our people."
Keith Rhodes, who founded the company in 1981, will continue in his current role as CEO, working alongside his successor to guide the company's future direction.
