In her new role, James will be responsible for:
- Developing, leading, and managing the planning and purchasing process
- Researching, sourcing, and evaluating vendors aligned with business unit goals
- Managing inventory levels and accuracy to meet company goals and customer ordering timelines for Brock's grain handling product line
James brings 11 years of experience in supply chain management, having worked in consumer electronics, industrial machinery, automotive, and medical device industries. Her most recent position was as Lead Buyer, demonstrating her expertise in procurement and inventory control.
Educationally, James holds an associate degree in logistics and supply chain management from Vincennes University and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration. This ongoing educational commitment underscores her dedication to professional growth and industry knowledge.
As a native of Vincennes, Indiana, James' local roots and industry experience position her well to contribute to Brock Grain Systems' operations and the broader agricultural community in the region.
