The American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) has opened registration for its 2025 Equipment Manufacturers Conference (EMC), set for Nov. 5-7 in Rancho Mirage, California. The annual EMC gives manufacturers, suppliers and allied companies a fall meeting point at a time when equipment decisions, customer relationships and operating strategy stay tightly linked across the feed manufacturing chain.

The 2025 conference is built around the theme “Winning Strategies.” For companies selling into feed mills, grain facilities and related production systems, the registration launch starts the practical work: deciding who attends, lining up customer meetings and setting travel plans.

AFIA’s EMC fills a specific lane in the broader feed industry calendar. It is aimed at the companies that build, supply and support the systems feed manufacturers depend on. The opening of registration creates a planning window for suppliers that use the event to keep up customer contact, compare market signals and stay visible in front of decision-makers.

Rancho Mirage puts the 2025 meeting in California’s Coachella Valley, giving attendees a West Coast destination for three days of industry engagement. The Nov. 5-7 timing falls late enough in the year for companies to take stock of 2025 business conditions while looking toward 2026 equipment priorities, capital planning and customer support needs.

The “Winning Strategies” theme frames the meeting around competition and execution. In this market, strategy shows up in practical ways: stronger service models, cleaner sales planning, closer customer relationships and a better read on where feed manufacturers are investing next.

Registration is open, the dates are set and the location is fixed.
