MiXscience, based in Bruz, France, has become the newest member of Cooperative Research Farms (CRF).

CRF is an innovative, multi-national animal nutrition research organization of livestock and poultry feed manufacturers located in North America and Europe.

CRF research will now be a valuable addition to MiXscience’s research and development projects carried out at the MiXscience Research Center (MRC) experimental farm, a major European center for research in animal nutrition and breeding management.

MiXscience applies MRC discoveries in France and 45 additional countries. As a CRF member, MiXscience will participate actively in determining the research directions, setting long-term plans, and in designing specific trials to achieve the CRF membership’s objectives for various species and stages of animal production. This will allow MiXscience to expand their discoveries for application in France and in 45 additional countries.

“This relationship is a very important step in our ability to increase the value that we bring to our customers by improving our level of innovation and by providing products and services that are backed by scientific research," says Jean Pierre Paillot, CEO of MiXscience.

CRF is excited to partner with this key player in the feed additives field and expand its research and networking base globally.

"MiXscience is an innovative premix and feed additive company that manages the research and development of the animal nutrition activities of the French group AVRIL," says Shelley Revering of Federated Co-operatives, Limited and president of the CRF board of directors. "The addition of MiXscience allows CRF to access new technologies and increase research capacity to continue to be the premier research provider to our members."

MiXscience, a subsidiary of Avril Group, is an innovative company with expertise in nutrition and animal production that possesses significant scientific means to support the Avril brands and all animal production professionals, especially abroad.
