Each module is around 40 feet long by approximately 8 feet wide by 9.5 feet tall. Handrails and siderails are installed throughout to keep employees safe from falling or slipping hazards.

Volatile markets, diminishing resources and consumer trends demanding more transparency than ever are quickly changing the environment of animal nutrition. These conditions led Cargill, based in Wayzata, Minnesota, to invest $50 million in renovations at its Global Animal Nutrition Innovation Center in Elk River, Minnesota.
The 900-acre innovation center is comprised of poultry and swine barns, a dairy innovation unit, an onsite feed mill, visitor’s lobby and a state-of-the-art laboratory for nutrient research and development. Representing the largest investment in innovation in the history of Cargill’s Animal Nutrition business, the renovations will help the world thrive by modernizing animal nutrition and farming practices.
