Kansas Elevator Explosion Injures One

Incident happened Friday afternoon in the loading area of the facility

November 30, 2020

A grain dust explosion at Palmer Grain Co. Inc., Palmer, KS, injured one individual, who was taken by Linn ambulance to the Washington County Hospital then by Lifestar helicopter from there.

KSNT repots the explosion happened somewhere around 2:45 p.m. Friday in the loading area of the facility.

The state fire marshal is investigating.
