Iowa Man Dies After Falling Into Grain Bin

Jeffrey Alan Sprague, 56, was discovered missing after arriving at work

A Mason City, IA, man died Friday morning after falling into a grain bin at Five Star Co-op in Rockwell, IA, reports the Globe Gazette.

The Cerro Gordo County Sheriff's Office identified the man as Jeffrey Alan Sprague, 56.

Employees discovered Sprague was missing after arriving at work, the sheriff's office said.

Authorities searched the property and said Sprague was found dead inside the bin after the grain was removed.
