Emergency personnel responded to a fire contained to a grain dryer silo bin at Farmers Grain and Feed in the Town of Addison, WI, reports the Washington County Insider.
The grain bin was emptied during fire suppression efforts, which lasted approximately two hours.
The cause of the fire is unknown and remains under investigation.
No one was injured. Approximately $90,000 worth of soybeans were lost; replacement value of the grain dryer is $100,000.
