The new Ursa Farmers Coop (UFC) in Camp Point, IL, has been seeing hundreds of thousands of bushels of grain coming in everyday this harvest, reports WGEM.

UFC Safety Manager Doug Green said the new $13.7 million facility has safety measure built in.

The facility has a zero entry grain bin with a sweep auger, as well as other technology inside the bins, like temperature readings and emergency alerts, to recognize any issues with the grain.

Workers at the elevator said the new system with upgraded technology and scales takes the unloading process from 50 minutes to less than 10.
