OSHA is investigating an incident in which a man died while working at a feed mill in Chester County, South Carolina, reports The Herald.

Terry Eugene Adams, 55, of Lancaster, SC, was killed Saturday after pipes fell on him at the Circle S Ranch Feed Mill, Richburg, SC.

According to a sheriff’s office incident report, Adams was working for a construction subcontractor.
