A man died August 11 following a grain car accident at Seaboard Feed Mill in Leoti, KS.

According to reports, authorities are investigating what lead to the fatal accident in Wichita County.

Emergency crews responded just before 3 a.m. to a report that an employee of the feed mill was trapped in grain in a rail car.

First responders were able to free the man who was pronounced dead at the scene.

The name of the victim has not been released.
