Schust has experienced tremendous growth in the past year, and as a result, is pleased to announce organizational changes.

Ty Knox

Tyson (Ty) Knox has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Engineering and Project Management. In this role, Knox will continue to lead the engineering and project management teams and will assume additional leadership responsibilities to help the business exceed client expectations, drive employee engagement, and create shareholder value. In his prior role as Vice President of Systems Engineering, Knox reorganized the engineering and project management teams and optimized process flow to increase utilization and profitability.

“Ty’s leadership skills, his strategic insight and passion to excel have helped transform engineering and project management into a team focused on delivering projects on time and on budget,” Rothermel says. “The team continues to provide the quality and safety performance our clients have come to expect at Schust.”

Knox has worked for Schust since 2011, starting as a project engineer and working his way up to Vice President of Systems Engineering, a position he held for two years.

“I am looking forward to leading an already strong engineering and project management team on a successful path for Schust,” Knox says. “Continuing to develop standard processes that aligns with the company’s strategic initiatives will be essential to support a growing organization.”

Knox earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Tri-State University and will remain in the Auburn, Indiana headquarter office.

Brant Warner

Brant Warner has joined Schust as Director of Business Development. Warner will provide customers with the widest range of air pollution control (APC) products, services, and support.

Warner has more than 10 years of OEM sales experience with the last seven in air pollution control equipment.

“I was impressed with Brant's focus on delivering innovative solutions to customers and his passion for representing the customer's voice to the Schust team,” says Jim Weber, Vice President of Sales. “His fifteen years as an Infantryman molded his team-first approach and I am looking forward to Brant's positive impact on our Schust team and customers.”

Warner will be responsible for helping customers achieve their environmental, financial, health and safety objectives in addition to focusing on business development for new customer acquisition. “My goal is to seek out new business opportunities for Schust while developing long term relationships with past and new customers,” says Warner. “Our goal at Schust is to design and deliver a solution that will meet and exceed all customers’ expectations. I take pride in being a direct point of contact for the customer and working with the design team on each project,” he added.

Warner has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Bowling Green State University. He is also a fifteen-year U.S. Army Infantry veteran with two combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.
