The Daily Herald reported on the ground breaking of a 18,250-square-foot addition to Bay State Milling Company mill in Bolingbrook, IL. According to David Sachs, Vice President and General Manager of the company's Specialty Milling business, the expansion will add a significant increase in the ability to manufacture plant-based ingredients and add rice and gluten free milling.
