Seven students have been awarded college scholarships totaling $25,000 through a program funded by Scoular CEO Paul Maass and his wife, Julie. The Paul & Julie Maass Scholarship program, now in its fourth year, supports children of Scoular and Petsource employees.
Three $5,000 scholarships and four $2,500 scholarships were granted to high school seniors and college students based on financial need, demonstration of compassion for others, leadership, and academic performance.
"These young people are truly inspiring, and Julie and I are honored to be able to support them as they strive to achieve their dreams of obtaining a college education," Paul Maass said.
The $5,000 recipients are Zoe Pyfer of Montana, Christopher Rhodes of Kansas, and Nikki Tran of Canada. The $2,500 winners include Macie Bird of Idaho, Dayton Lantz of Kansas, Conner Peck of Kansas, and Jackson Sinsel of Nebraska.
The scholarship program aims to have a positive impact on these students and their families as they pursue their academic goals for the 2025-26 academic year.
