
The 2026 GEAPS Leadership Conference will take place July 15–16 at Donaldson Company in Bloomington, Minnesota, bringing together mid- to upper-level leaders from the grain and grain processing industries. The one-and-a-half-day event focuses on strengthening leadership impact, sharpening business strategy, and elevating operational performance.
Designed for department heads, facility managers, regional managers and senior operations leaders, the conference provides practical tools and real-world insights to apply immediately within organizations. Sessions will emphasize aligning teams around shared goals, improving decision-making, and driving measurable results.
