Firefighters had to cut open the mixer to retrieve him

Little is known about how a man working at a business RM of Corman Park in Saskatchewan, got trapped in a grain mixer this past Friday. But according to reporting by CBC News, a call was received just before midnight last Friday about a man caught in machinery. Firefighters cut open a grain mixer to retrieve the man but he had already succumbed to his injuries.

Federal began investigating the scene over the weekend.
