Dave MacLennan, chairman and chief executive officer at Cargill Inc., discusses the future of U.S.-China trade relations with Bloomberg’s Francine Lacqua and Tom Keene at the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
During the interview, MacLennan says Phase One is a good first step, "but the fact is the exports haven't resumed."
"The tariffs are still in place," he says. "And I'm quite concerned about the American farmer and the American ag economy."
