Corn producers in the Texas Panhandle are banking on an increase in international exports to help offset prices remaining flat, reports ABC 7 News.

Conditions appear right for a large supply of corn to be exported in 2020, but questions about a global public health emergency leaving some wondering how much seed or kernel to plant.

Farmers who grow corn are fertilizing their land in anticipation of a more profitable growing season. What is providing hope for more profit is the price per bushel.
