KWCH reported on a fire at the Scoular Grain Elevators' facility in Wellington, KS.
Firefighters received a report that smoke was coming from the bins at the facility, and soon confirmed they were on fire.
The bins were put out after firefighters were able to get high enough to douse the grain. No injuries were reported at the facility.
Both bins were full at the time of the fire, significantly reducing the risk of a dust control.
