The Illinois Soybean Association (ISA) has hired Heather Atkinson, effective with the start of the new year, as support services coordinator. In the role, Atkinson will help coordinate, implement and measure projects for ISA programs.
She will work with oversight and implementation of organizational data, project and contract reviews, performance management and provide support to organizational leadership.
Atkinson comes to ISA from The Kelly Group, where she worked as a recruiter and in human resources support to source and screen applicants, coordinate interviews, conduct onboarding and review and revise job descriptions.
