Electric linear actuators from LINAK are certified for hazardous and non-hazardous areas in the grain industry, making the actuators a very strong alternative to existing actuator or gear motor solutions.

“For hazardous locations, the LA36 actuator can be certified with Class II, Division I, Group F and G, IECEx, or ATEX approvals,” says Senior Regional Sales Manager Randy Bowman. "The LA36 actuator is also available with non-explosion-proof options."

"LINAK actuators are available in various strengths, speeds, and stroke lengths, with multiple communication and control options, including positioning feedback," adds Bowman. “We can be easily integrated into a facility’s control platform, or we can provide alternative control options.”

Introducing Learn Mode

LINAK recently developed learn mode software to give customers maximum actuator flexibility.

Whether a retrofit or a new installation, the stroke can be adjusted to meet the needs of each specific location.

Check out the video below of LINAK Application Engineer Anthony Fossaluzza demonstrating the learn mode software.
