McCormick Construction is honored to be in partnership with Crystal Valley co-op in building its new 500,000 ton per year feed mill, located in Trimont, MN.
Construction of the new feed mill will begin spring of 2021 with completion scheduled for August 2022.
The mill will feature 250 ton/hour truck receiving for ingredients, 61,000 bushel of whole corn storage above three RMS 12x52 roller mills, 2,018 tons of ingredient storage, a 9-ton batching system using a 9-ton dual ribbon Scott mixer, and microsystems by Beta Raven.
The mill will also feature a dual lane truck loadout system including 40 loadout bins and two 9-ton Able weigh lorry scale systems. Automation for the mill will be provided by Beta Raven.
