A farming accident in Hornick, IA, resulted in a helicopter transport to Sioux City's Mercy One hospital Monday, reports KTIV.

According to officials a 16-year-old was inside a grain bin with his brother when his foot became entangled in a sweep auger.

The auger ripped off his boot and caused severe leg injuries.
