Poultry production to top 141 million metric tons in 2024

In 2024, global poultry meat production is expected to rise to over 141.3 million metric tons (MT) and grow by 11% to almost 160 million MT over the next decade, according to data from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) (Figure 1).
