Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) and flour and baking mixes producer King Arthur Flour Inc. said Friday that the companies are expanding a voluntary national recall for King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour products that are possibly tainted with E. coli O26, reports Powder & Bulk Solids.
The move comes after ADM Milling Co. alerted King Arthur that three product lot codes were left out of the data it provided for the original voluntary recall issued on October 3, according to information posted to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website.
