With individually cushioned tungsten carbide blade cartridges and a two-tiered tensioning system, it ensures effective cleaning and minimal adjustments. The heavy-duty blades' slide-in/slide-out assembly allows for fast, safe servicing by one worker. Field tests showed the Orion outperformed competitors, prompting customers to adopt it widely. Secondary cleaners are crucial in reducing dust and fines on belt returns, complementing primary cleaners that remove most abrasive materials after discharge.
More options for explosion protection
The new and improved REMBE EXKOP isolation system is now available for more applications, including ST 2 dusts, reduced explosion pressures up to 2 bar, and larger diameters. The EXKOP Express controller enhances connectivity of process safety systems, ensuring compliance with NFPA requirements and protecting against combustible dust explosions. The system, which includes a control panel, triggering devices and fast-acting isolation devices, prevents explosion propagation by closing within milliseconds upon detection.

Dodge Industrial announces three new advancements in its Motorized Torque-Arm (MTA) lineup. The MTA now includes larger-sized 9, 10 and 12 reducers, supporting up to 329,000 in-lbs of torque for demanding applications. New assembly packages feature a patent-pending Atlas Adapter for large foot-mount motors, reducing the need for critical spare inventory. The new C-face safety input adapter enhances on-site safety and maintenance by allowing coupling access without motor removal.
