BinSentry has launched ProSense HD, an AI-powered inventory management platform for commercial grain handlers and feed mills. Building on their success in monitoring more than 25,000 poultry and swine feed bins daily, BinSentry is expanding to industrial-scale grain storage. ProSense HD utilizes high-definition 3D sensors and proprietary AI software to provide real-time, accurate inventory data for large bins and silos. The system offers benefits such as improved safety by eliminating manual checks, efficient grain transport scheduling and management of issues like inventory theft and shrinkage.
Smarter dust collection
Donaldson Co. Inc. has launched the Downflo Pre-assembled Large (DFPRE) series of dust collectors. Available in three sizes (4, 6 and 9), these collectors utilize natural downward airflow and Ultra-Web fine fiber cartridge filters for optimal performance. The compact design features pre-wired components and a side air inlet for easy installation and ducting. The DFPRE Large series joins Donaldson's Smart Collectors portfolio, powered by iCue Connected Filtration Technology, which provides real-time analytics for improved maintenance and compliance management.
Ultrasonic sensors for tough environments
BinMaster introduced the ToughSonic TC-100 and TC-200 non-contact ultrasonic sensors for measuring distances up to 50 feet. The TS-100 series features stainless-steel construction, while the TS-200 series offers chemical-resistant PVDF plastic housing. Both series are suitable for tank level measurement, remote monitoring and various industrial applications. Available in different range options, these compact sensors can be easily incorporated into BinMaster's real-time inventory and level monitoring systems.
