U.S representative, Earl L. “Buddy” Carter, R-Georgia, has reintroduced a bill into the House to name the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Poultry Research Center in Athens, Georgia, after Francis “Abit” Massey, the late president of the Georgia Poultry Federation.
