Bunge has completed the incorporation move of its group holding company to Switzerland from Bermuda.

With operational headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, Bunge's group holding company is now a Swiss corporation, Bunge Global SA.

Bunge continues to be listed exclusively on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol “BG,” and Bunge Global SA will continue Bunge’s normal course of global business.

Bunge is still in the process of completing its $18 billion acquisition of Viterra announced in June. On October 5, Bunge shareholders voted in favor of the company's acquisition of Viterra. The merger is expected to close in mid-2024.

Bunge also announced its board of directors declared on October 31, 2023, a cash dividend of $0.6625 per common share. The dividend will be paid out of the company’s capital contribution reserves and is payable on March 1, 2024, to shareholders of record on February 16, 2024.

Bunge released its third quarter results on October 26 lifting its 2023 outlook though earnings were lower year-on-year.
