Authorities are investigating the death of a 50-year-old man after a grain elevator accident in Hamlin County, South Dakota, reports KELO.
First responders heard the man had fallen about 50 feet when they were called to the scene.
The man was working for a construction company on the grain bin when his equipment failed, causing him to fall. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
