This year, registrants can take one trip and attend three biofuels events. For the first time ever, the FEW is co-located with the International Distillers Grains Conference & Trade Show and the Advanced Biofuels Workshop.

The fourth annual International Distillers Grains Conference & Trade Show will feature some of the industry's most respected professionals. Panelists will address leading-edge distillers grains issues ranging from questions over the use of antibiotics to value-added drying technology. This year's lead-off speakers are Harold Tilstra of Land O'Lakes Purina Feed LLC and Steve Markham of CHS Inc.

Co-locating the IDGC with the FEW means the event will be even more accessible for industry professionals from around the world already planning to attend the FEW. With more than 500 attendees 40 speakers and 44 exhibitors in the trade show, the IDGC presents a unique opportunity to bring together producers, users and marketers of distillers grains.

The Advanced Biofuels Workshop is a dynamic one-day event focused on technology updates, feedstock management, market challenges, research and development activities, and near-term policy development supporting advanced biofuels. The U.S. Renewable Fuels Standard requires the use of 600 million gallons of advanced biofuels in 2009, increasing to 21 billion gallons by 2022. The 2009 ABW will address provisions of the RFS and current efforts to commercialize, low-carbon, advanced biofuels technologies.

More than 350 attendees are expected, including investors, engineers, technology providers, equipment suppliers, feedstock suppliers, biofuels marketers, academia and other industry stakeholders.
