DA 7300 In-line NIR

Perten Instruments has enhanced the design of its DA 7300 in-line NIR analysis system to meet the USDA's requirements for installation and use in meat and poultry facilities requiring sanitary instruments and equipment. Each DA 7300 is delivered with a copy of the USDA certificate of compliance. The DA 7300 continuously analyzes moving products for parameters such as moisture, protein, fat and others, and incorporates a real-time video camera with separate illumination for a unique view directly into the process. The video can be viewed on a computer attached to the system’s network in the same building or at a remote location.
