- Protects conveyor belts from damage due to belt misalignment or runoff
- Controls are used in pairs with one switch placed on each side of the conveyor belt
- Each unit can be equipped with two limit switches to produce signals indicating belt misalignment at two deviation points
- Controls consist of aluminum housing with a red epoxy coated adjustable roller
- The BA100-1 is furnished with heavy-duty, cast aluminum housing; BA100-1X is furnished with a heavy-duty cast aluminum explosion-proof housing
- BA100-1 & BA100-1X each have (1) limit switch rated for 20A @ 120 VAC, 240 VAC, or 480 VAC
- Highly visible red epoxy coated roller of 1 1/4-inch diameter with nylon bushings for long life
- Simple Installation - drill (3) 13/32 inch diameter holes and mount on conveyor
- 3/4 inch NPT conduit opening on all weatherproof and explosionproof units
