Swift-Splice™

The TOPS Swift-Splice is designed to mechanically clamp together the ends of most rubber and PVC elevator belts that are on the market today. Due to various belt applications and tension ratings, TOPS offers two versions of this splice: (FM) and (NFM). It's most common version of the Swift-Splice is known as the TOPS Swift-Splice (FM), which is constructed of a ferrous metal and will accommodate belt tension ratings up to 800 PIW. TOPS' Swift-Splice (NFM) is constructed of a non-ferrous metal and rated for belt tensions up to 1200 PIW. This is also a “non-sparking" splice.
