PISTON
Series 2000 - An industrial standard, this popular vibrator is utilized in a variety of applications including pattern transfer, materials flow, and powder compaction. The high frequency and high impact energy developed by these vibrators results in greater operational efficiency. Silent operating and high temperature models are also available.
The new Series 5000 vibrators are designed for greater efficiency and greater output per cubic foot of consumed air at all pressures.
They are available in six piston sizes from 1” to 4” for use in a wide range of applications. Maximum operating pressure 80 PSI.
L1 Series: Certain applications require a low impact but a high reciprocating momentum action. These requirements can be satisfied through the use of High Amplitude Models. This type of action is usually necessary for the movement of dry materials of low density and high surface area.
RING
The NP series has been designed to cover a multitude of applications and is available in eight sizes. The simple ring type construction gives years of efficient trouble free operation. They require no lubrication - Install it and Forget It!

BALL
Cougar Ball Vibrators are designed to produce more force for size, weight and cost than any other type of vibrators available. The vibrators are also engineered to be maintenance free, with only one moving part. Offering durability and ruggedness, Cougar Ball Vibrators effectively operate in extreme cold and heat up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, as well as in dirt, dust and water.
Relying on simple design, compressed air forces a chrome steel ball around bearing grade races, allowing the ball vibrator to produce an easy-to-use source of vibration. Any of the 18 models of Air Ball Vibrators can be installed by simply bolting into position; once installed, they can operate immediately. The speed and force of the vibrator can be adjusted by regulating air supply. To enable quiet operation of less than 80dB, Cougar Ball Vibrators have tapered exhaust ports for mufflers or for exhaust removal.
