Thiele Technologies Star Series bag filling systems

Thiele Technologies, introduces enhancements to its Star Series bag filling system.
Thiele's new bag top registration system optimizes the vertical position of empty bags prior to filling. A servo-driven linear actuator, utilizing information from a vision system, precisely controls bag length, optimizing filling and sealing efficiencies. The bag top registration system also incorporates a side squaring mechanism for improved accuracy.
Also available, is a new bag deflation system for poly bags, which utilizes a lift mechanism within the internal poly bag sealing station to squeeze excess air out of a filled bag prior to sealing. Thiele's Star Series bag filling system is available in a single-spout OmniStar system or a dualspout UltraStar system.
