Woman Injured in Grain Bin Fall

A woman was injured after she fell 40 feet into an empty grain silo near Belton in Anderson County, South Carolina, Wednesday afternoon, reports WSPA.

Anderson County EMS said the woman was found around two hours after her fall and was taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital by helicopter.

Officials said the woman was conscious but had critical injuries.

It's believe the woman had fallen from the top of the silo on the family property -- an estimated 40 foot drop.
