U.S. launching trade enforcement challenge to hold China to commitments

The Obama administration on Dec. 15, 2016, launched a new trade enforcement action against the People’s Republic of China at the World Trade Organization concerning China’s administration of tariff-rate quotas for rice, wheat and corn.
