Redwood Completes Acquisition Of Lathrop

Facilities include over 1 million bushels of grain space

The Redwood Group, LLC announced today that Redwood has completed the acquisition of Lathrop Feed & Grain, Inc.'s facilities in Lathrop, MO and Pleasant Hill, MO. Operations at the two sites have begun conducting business as Lathrop FSG, LLC with Redwood as its majority owner. FSG stands for Food, Seed, and Grain, which are its primary areas of focus. The facilities include over 1,000,000 bushels of grain space with cleaning, sorting, and bagging capabilities for non-GMO and organic grains. Lathrop FSG is able to load and ship containers, railcars, and trucks.
