Gundolf comes to Sweet with over 30 years of previous manufacturing experience. After graduating from Hobart School of Welding Technology, he began his career as a welder and over the years has served in various capacities, including Quality Control Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and General Manager.  Gundolf’s most recent responsibility was leading the day-to-day operations of an automatic and high precision machine shop.
