Sugarcane Aphid Sightings on the Rise

Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas have had new instances of pest in sorghum fields

Since the first of August, Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas have had new instances of sugarcane aphids in sorghum fields, says a report at the High Plans Journal.

Although the reported sightings have been in single fields across some of the counties, it’s still important to scout fields and make a game plan to control them if the population warrants it.
