Markets were closed in China Monday for a holiday, but that didn’t keep the trade dispute with the U.S. out of the headlines, reports Farm Futures.

Soybeans pulled back from last week’s rally after China cancelled the next round of trade talks as new tariffs took effect Monday.

Wheat overcame the negative attitude due to dry forecasts in Europe and the Plains, helping corn hold to minor changes overnight.
