Scoular Moves Global Headquarters into New Space

Company is expected to move into its new Omaha location in 2021

The Scoular Co. has selected a new site for its global headquarters in Omaha, NE.

The new location is an existing building at 13660 California St., at the intersection of 137th and Dodge Streets.

Scoular is expected to move into its new location in 2021. The company’s main goals for a new site are accommodating its strategic growth plans as well as creating a foundation for a diverse, energizing and high-performance workplace.

The number of employees at Scoular’s Omaha headquarters has grown by 47% over the past four years.

The stand-alone building on California St., constructed in 2006, meets Scoular employee needs, including easy access to Dodge St., proximity to other business services such as food and retail establishments and room for in-house functions.

Scoular has been proud to call Nebraska home for more than a century,” says CEO Paul Maass. “Today we are proud to announce that we are continuing to invest in Omaha with a new global headquarters space that meets our plans for growth and attracting top talent.”

Scoular is partnering with two Omaha firms on the relocation: Investors Realty evaluated sites and Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture is designing a collaborative space that will advance Scoular’s culture, corporate identity and culture of inclusion. Scoular is exploring options for its current headquarters, located at 2027 Dodge St., that will be meaningful to the community and enhance the downtown Omaha area.

Scoular also has regional corporate offices in Minneapolis, Overland Park, KS, and Singapore as part of its global footprint.
